Peter Watson – House of Magic Senior In-House Chef Peter has been a professional chef for 40 years and has extensive experience in a wide range of continental as well as ethnic cuisine. He joined the House of Magic team as our permanent head chef in September 2013 having catered on four exclusive events during the preceding year.
